How to Operate
Prepare the Regulator and Hose:
Ensure the valve is closed by turning the knob to the Minus (-) position.
Attach the regulator to the cylinder by screwing it carefully onto the top thread. Avoid cross-threading.
Connect the hose tightly to the regulator and the Cream Whipper.
Charging the Cream Whipper:
Turn the knob slightly towards Plus (+) to release gas into the Cream Whipper gradually.
Adjust for the required pressure.
Close the valve by turning it back to the Minus (-) position once the desired pressure is reached.
Dispose Safely:
Use the enclosed plastic release valve to ensure the cylinder is empty before disposal. Be cautious of escaping cold gas.
Dispose of the cylinder in steel or ferrous metal waste streams.
Important Notes
Regulator and Hose Adapter: Sold separately and compatible with most Cream Whippers in the
HoReCa industry.
